Wireless Power Transfer using Metamaterials


My internship at École Centrale de Lyon, France centred around a project on enhanced wireless power transfer for EV chargers using metamaterials. I worked as part of a team to design and test an optimised design of a metamaterial based component to increase the magnetic field around a wireless charger system. I used a Vector Network Analyser (VNA) to interpret experimental results and wrote up daily reports for the project.
